Zahid is the founder of SuperConverse. His mission is to make the life of customer support teams easier by providing them with one platform for managing billions of customer conversations.

 

In 2018, Zahid founded an eCommerce Company ZAH COMM GmbH which owns two brands: ZAH Home and ZAH Sports and sells via Amazon in Germany and Europe. He also worked for 8 years with startups and big companies in the areas of AdTech, Cloud Computing, and Banking in Europe, South America, and Asia. Zahid holds a double master’s degree in International Management from NEOMA Business School France and International Business Administration from European University Germany.
